The Church of the Holy Sepulchre was originally built by Constantine in 336 but destroyed by the Persians in 614. The present church dates from the Crusader times and contains many shrines and chapels.
Currently, there is only a single entrance to the Church. It can be seen below at the center left of the photo.

This arched stairway leads to St. Helena's Chapel. This was the crypt of Constantine's Basilica in 336 C.E.
